Students making a payment and requesting a refund must inform Lucebra with a reason through chat or other methods. If there is an issue with Lucebra's live online e-learning events, practice mentor, and consulting classes by the Instructor or the website, all payments will be refunded to the internal Lucebra Credits. In all other cases, no refunds will be issued.
Instructors acknowledge and agree that students have the right to receive a refund as detailed in the Terms of Use. Instructors will not receive any revenue from transactions for which a refund has been granted. If a student requests a refund after the instructor has been paid, Lucebra reserves the right to either:
Once a course certificate is earned with payment, refunds are not available, even within 10 days. If a course certificate is not earned within 180 days, the registration will expire, and re-enrollment will require additional payment.
Due to the electronic nature of eBooks, refunds, cancellations, or replacements are not possible after purchase. However, Lucebra will re-issue the same eBook if it is received in damaged condition. Abuse of the cancellation/refund policy may result in account bans and restricted future use of our Services. Sales promotions, gift certificates, and bonuses are non-refundable.
All accepted refunds will be credited back to the Lucebra Credits internal account. Refunds are only available as Lucebra Credits and cannot be converted to other payment types.
Lucebra Business does not offer refunds for payments made on a month-to-month specialization subscription plan.
Subscriptions will continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled or suspended by Lucebra Business. If canceled, the subscription will end at the current monthly period's end. Access will continue for the remainder of that period, but no refunds will be issued. For individual specialization subscriptions, Lucebra will discontinue the subscription at the end of the month in which a certificate for the specialization is earned.
For purchases or subscriptions made through third-party marketplaces (e.g., Apple App Store, alternative payment services), the third party's refund policy will apply unless explicitly stated by Lucebra. Lucebra disclaims any responsibility for third-party marketplace refund policies or compliance.
Promotional offers or discounts ("Offers") are determined by Lucebra at its sole discretion. Offer eligibility may be revoked if the user is deemed ineligible. Existing Offers may prevent additional Offers. Eligibility requirements and conditions will be disclosed upon sign-up for the Offer or in related communications.
The withdrawal period expires 10 days from the contract conclusion date. However, withdrawal rights are forfeited if: a) Services have been fully performed with the user's prior express consent and acknowledgment of losing the right of withdrawal upon completion, or b) Services have begun with the user's prior express consent and acknowledgment of losing the right of withdrawal upon commencement.
By adhering to this policy, users agree to its terms and conditions, ensuring a clear understanding of their rights and obligations regarding refunds and cancellations.
