Live Online Lessons Terms

1. General Information

1.1 Definitions:

• Offer: Lucebra.com provides online e-learning events, practice mentor sessions, webinars, and consulting classes designed to enhance users' skills.
• Event: Any live event hosted by Lucebra or an instructor, including online e-learning events, practice mentor sessions, webinars, and consulting classes, for which users may purchase tickets ("Join").

2. Formation of Contract

The contract for the purchase or provision of a ticket to an Event is formed when Lucebra or a third-party partner acting on Lucebra's behalf sends you a confirmation email stating that you have been given a ticket. By submitting an offer to purchase and providing payment details, you authorize Lucebra (or its payment processor) to charge your payment method for the order. Lucebra is not responsible for any losses if the payment method lacks sufficient funds.

3. Event Participation and Conduct

Users may join live lessons by purchasing tickets, subscribing for free, asking questions via chat, making donations, or subscribing monthly/annually to use the Mentor option. Users must adhere to the following rules:

3.1 User Responsibilities:

• Confidentiality: Users must not share personal login credentials with third parties.
• Prohibition of Resale: Users must not sell or use learning materials for business purposes.
• Respect: Users must respect the opinions of others and refrain from racist, offensive, or unethical actions or words.
• Recording Restrictions: Users are prohibited from recording video during online lessons.
• Account Integrity: Users must create and use only one account. Multiple accounts for discounts or other purposes may result in account deletion and forfeiture of payments.

3.2 Instructor Responsibilities:

• Professionalism: Instructors must maintain professional attire and use proper equipment to ensure the effectiveness of online lessons.

4. Payment and Fees

Events may take place in different countries, and tickets will be sold in U.S. dollars (USD). Users are responsible for any additional charges from their credit/debit card providers or banks, including currency exchange rate fluctuations. A ticket is a personal, revocable license that may be withdrawn at any time. Lucebra reserves the right to refuse admission or eject ticket holders who violate these terms or applicable laws, or who pose a safety risk.

5. Amendments and Changes

Lucebra reserves the right to change these Terms from time to time by posting updated Terms on our Website. Users will be notified of any amendments via email. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

6. Privacy

Users may use the Website without providing personally identifiable information. Participation in Services may require providing personal data. Refer to our Privacy Policy for additional information on data handling practices.

7. Feedback

By submitting feedback, users grant Lucebra the right to use their feedback for improving and promoting Services without additional compensation. Lucebra is free to use feedback without any fiduciary obligations.

8. Termination and Suspension

Lucebra reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user's access to the Services for non-compliance with these Terms, unwelcome harassment, fraud, or inactivity. Accounts inactive for over 180 days may be deactivated, and any remaining Lucebra Credits will be forfeited.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property on the Website belongs to Lucebra or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of trademarks, logos, or trade names is prohibited.

10. Confidentiality

Users may access confidential information through the Services. Confidential information must be held in strict confidence and not disclosed or used for any purpose other than those set forth in these Terms.

11. Refund Policy

11.1 Refund Conditions: Users must request refunds by providing a valid reason through chat or other methods. If there is an issue with Lucebra's live events, all payments will be refunded to Lucebra Credits. No refunds will be made for other reasons.

11.2 Event Cancellation: If an Event is canceled, users are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. Lucebra is not obliged to offer refunds for missed Events or changes of mind.
