Lucebra Referral Program Terms and Conditions

The Lucebra Student Referral Program (the "Program") Terms and Conditions (the "Referral Terms") are in addition to the Lucebra Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which you agree to by using the http://Lucebra.com website, including viewing classes on the site and maintaining your Lucebra account. To the extent the Lucebra Terms of Service are inconsistent with these Referral Terms, these Referral Terms will control with respect to the Program only.

By participating in the Program, you agree to these Referral Terms.

1. Introduction

The Lucebra Student Referral Program is a reward opportunity for eligible current students (the "Referring Student") to introduce Lucebra to an eligible new first-time user (the "Referred Student") using a specific referral link. Under the Program, the Referring Student is entitled to a prepaid gift card (or discount coupon code) (the "Referrer Reward") for every successful referral the Referring Student makes to a Referred Student when the Referred Student purchases a Lucebra service (courses, live streams, certificate center, eBooks, Business Plans, etc.) (not a free trial). Some services are not eligible for refunds. Together, the Referrer Reward and the Referee Reward constitute the "Program Rewards."

All references to a "refund" (or similar words like "refunds" or "refunded") in these Referral Terms refer to both partial and full refunds.

2. How it Works

To participate, you must have a Lucebra account and trigger the Lucebra Student Referral experience by clicking a link in your Referral Program section or in the http://Lucebra.com footer. Follow the on-screen instructions to receive a Lucebra referral link that can be shared with others either directly through the Lucebra Student Referral experience or otherwise. Your referral link may not be distributed or sold for any commercial purposes and may not be published on a coupon or discount online site available to the general public.

For the Referring or Referred Student to receive a Program Reward, the Referred Student must be a new user who has not previously created a Lucebra account, begun a Lucebra service, or previously been a Lucebra member. Both the Referring and Referred Student must not be residents of an excluded country (as defined below).

When the Referred Student you referred uses your referral link to sign up for a service (courses, live streams, certificate center, eBooks, Business Plans, etc.) and subsequently purchases a Lucebra eBook that is not refunded, both you and the Referred Student will receive a unique link allowing you to receive by email the Referrer or Referee Reward–in either instance, an online prepaid gift card (or discount coupon code). The rewards will expire three (3) months after activation. Program Rewards are non-transferable. Restrictions may apply, and Program Rewards are subject to verification. Lucebra may delay Program Rewards for investigation purposes and may refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason.

Program Rewards can be accrued solely by you and you may not earn Program Rewards by permitting another individual to use your Lucebra account. You may not earn Program Rewards by creating multiple Lucebra accounts. Affiliate publishers or publishing partners who monetize based on referring new users may not participate in the Program and are ineligible to receive Program Rewards.

Lucebra provides all Program Rewards in U.S. dollars (USD) regardless of the currency in which the related transaction was completed. Lucebra is not responsible for your foreign currency conversion fees, wiring fees, or any other processing fees that you may incur.

3. Refunds

You acknowledge and agree that students may have the right to receive a refund as detailed in the Terms of Service or our Refund Policy. You will not receive any Program Reward from transactions for which a refund has been granted under our policies. You also acknowledge that we have the right to change our Refund Policy without notice to you. You are advised to check the Refund Policy from time to time for any updates or changes that may impact you.

4. Inappropriate Behavior

Lucebra reserves the right to (i) request and receive information from you about any Referred Students, including but not limited to information with respect to traffic sources and methods used to acquire the Referred Student, and (ii) assess the legitimacy and qualification of such Referred Student for the purposes of determining whether Program Rewards are payable for or to such Referred Student.

Lucebra may prohibit anyone from participating in the Program or receiving Program Rewards if it determines the Referring or Referred Student is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the Program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair practices intended to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any Lucebra users or representatives of Lucebra. Lucebra reserves the right to disqualify anyone, cancel Program Rewards, disable or suspend an account, and contact legal authorities (including law enforcement) if it discovers a user is tampering with the entry or referral process or the operation of the Program or violating these Terms at its sole discretion. Referrals generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. If a solution cannot be found to restore the integrity of the Program, we reserve the right to cancel, change, or suspend the Program.

Actions that could give rise to Lucebra voiding your Program Rewards, terminating your eligibility to earn Program Rewards, or terminating your account or the accounts of Lucebra members you refer include but are not limited to:

• Opening multiple accounts with different email addresses for the same person to generate additional Program Rewards;
• Referring students using spam, mass emails, texts or messages, automated bots, advertising sponsored links, unsolicited emails, or links on message boards or forums;
• Using false names, impersonating other people, or otherwise providing false or misleading information to us or others;
• Using the Program to violate any law, infringe or violate the rights of any third party, or otherwise act in a manner that is deemed harassing, harmful, illegal, hateful, obscene, or outside the spirit and intent of the Program;
• Offering any incentive to others to register new accounts;
• Engaging in actions that disparage or malign or call into question the reputation of Lucebra in Lucebra's sole discretion;
• Violating these Referral Terms or any other of Lucebra's existing or future policies or terms and conditions in any way; or
• Participating in the Program if doing so would be prohibited by any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Privacy

Participation in the Program may require a Referred Student and/or a Referring Student to submit personal information about themselves. The personal information will be collected, processed, and used in accordance with Lucebra's Privacy Policy. Additionally, personal information may be used by Lucebra on Lucebra's behalf to contact Referring or Referred Students regarding participation in the Program and to receive communications from Lucebra or third-party administrators of the Program.

6. Termination and Changes

Lucebra reserves the right at any time and in its sole discretion to terminate, cancel, suspend, or modify, in whole or in part, the Program, as well as any Referring Student or Referred Student's ability to participate in the Program or receive Program Rewards, at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud (by either the Referring or Referred Student), abuse, or any violation of these Rules or any agreement (if one exists) between you and Lucebra. If a significant change is made to the Program or the Referral Terms, we will provide reasonable notice either by email or by posting a notice on http://Lucebra.com. You are advised to check the Referral Terms from time to time for any updates or changes that may impact you.

By adhering to these Referral Program Terms and Conditions, participants ensure compliance with Lucebra's policies, maintain the integrity of the Program, and contribute to a fair and rewarding experience for all users.
